Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund/exchange. No returns on human hair and synthetic hair products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must NOT be hair extensions/wigs. It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged and returned. Perishable goods such as eBooks, braid hair, hair extensions and wigs are ineligible for exchange and return.

To complete your eligible return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
